• We do not guarantee 100% uptime but strive for maximum availability.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if a service fails to deliver. If an order is marked as "Partial" or "Canceled", the remaining funds will be returned to your MaxPanel balance.

Refunds to original payment methods (Momo, Crypto) are generally not provided unless explicitly agreed upon by support.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
